Session fees reflect the clinician’s training, specialization, and experience. Our standard rate ranges from $160 - $175, depending on the therapist.

As a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW), Kirsten can assess and provide clinical impressions when appropriate. In some situations, a formal diagnosis may be discussed as part of treatment planning.
If you require documentation for insurance, workplace accommodation, disability claims, or medical purposes, it’s important to clarify what type of assessment is needed. In certain cases, referral to a psychologist or physician may be recommended depending on the requirements.
Therapy does not always require formal diagnosis. The focus is on understanding your experience and identifying meaningful ways to support change.
