This service provides a structured assessment process to determine whether ADHD is supported as part of your clinical presentation.
This process integrates:
Standardized ADHD measures
Clinical Interview
Developmental History
Screening for overlapping or alternative explanations
What’s included
Standardized ADHD rating scales (self-report + optional observer report)
Detailed clinical interview (50 minutes)
Review of current functioning and developmental history
Screening for co-occurring factors (e.g., anxiety, trauma, mood)
Clinical integration of findings
Written summary report and clinical recommendations
Outcomes
Clinical impression regarding ADHD (supported / not supported / unclear)
Contextual understanding of attention and regulation patterns
Recommendations for next steps (therapy, supports, or referral if indicated)
Limitations
This is a structured clinical ADHD assessment performed by a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW). A written report is provided and can be used to support treatment planning with other professionals such as doctors and therapists, as well as to advocate for workplace or academic accommodations where accepted.
Please note, this is not a comprehensive psychoeducational or neuropsychological assessment. Some institutions have specific requirements regarding who may provide documentation for accommodations. Fees
ADHD Assessment: $375
Includes questionnaires, interview, scoring, and report.
