We believe financial barriers shouldn't prevent people from accessing counselling. The Counselling Access Initiative is about finding creative ways to sustain accessible care.
In our most recent annual review, Healing Quest Counselling provided more than $10,000 in fee reductions to help make ongoing counselling more accessible to clients experiencing financial barriers.
Making access sustainable
Reduced-fee counselling has long been part of how Healing Quest Counselling supports clients who may otherwise struggle to afford ongoing private therapy.
We want to ensure that work is sustainable and can continue.
The Healing Quest Counselling Access Initiative supports that goal by creating additional income outside of clinical work through community-focused events.
Community events with a purpose
Through the Access Initiative, Healing Quest Counselling sponsors community events designed to be worth attending in their own right — opportunities to get together, have fun, and connect with our community.
Revenue from our community events creates an additional source of income outside of clinical work, helping make the reduced-fee counselling already offered within our practice more financially sustainable.
