Once your consultation is confirmed, you’ll receive a short questionnaire designed to help Kirsten understand your practice identity, goals, and current concerns. Kirsten then reviews your website and the public-facing parts of your practice with that context in mind.

Focused conversation
We meet virtually for 50 minutes to examine what is working, where prospective clients may lose the thread, and which opportunities are most relevant to your goals and capacity.
Because the consultation is intentionally focused, your questionnaire and Kirsten’s advance review will be used to identify the areas most worth exploring together. You do not need to arrive knowing exactly what to ask. The goal is not to redesign your entire practice in one meeting, but to clarify what may be getting in the way and identify useful next steps.

Kirsten Boulier, MSW, RCSW, founded Healing Quest Counselling in 2019 and established its Maple Ridge clinic in 2022. She has grown the practice from solo work into a multi-clinician practice with a strong local presence and a detailed, search-visible website.
Her experience includes practice positioning, service development, website strategy, local referral visibility, clinician onboarding, client-facing systems, and the many unglamorous decisions involved in making a private practice coherent and sustainable.
This consultation offers an experienced practice owner's perspective—not a universal formula or generic business coaching.

To keep the advance review thoughtful while maintaining her clinical practice, Kirsten accepts no more than two visibility consultations per calendar month. Applications are reviewed for fit. If the current month is full, suitable applicants may be offered the next available space.
